Staying at Dar Baibou in Chefchaouen was nothing short of magical; the riad is a stunning blend of cozy tranquility and authentic Moroccan charm. Nestled amid the breathtaking Rif Mountains—Tisouka and Megou standing majestically like two horns above the town—this spot immediately captivated me, much like the picturesque blue and white alleyways we wandered through. The atmosphere was especially inviting, with a crackling fireplace in the lounge that warmed us on crisp evenings—a perfect setting to enjoy the delightful Moroccan dishes served downstairs. I couldn’t resist the tajine, which was beautifully prepared and complemented our relaxed meals with friends. Every detail, from the beautifully furnished rooms to the caring staff who felt like old friends, made our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Dar Baibou for a charming retreat that feels wrapped in history and hospitality!
